Paul Brundell

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Paul has been involved in the UK property industry for 26 years. Paul built up a portfolio of student accommodation back in 2003 whilst he was a student. He then successfully developed many residential projects from the ground upwards giving him an excellent knowledge in construction. Paul was appointed to set up a renewable energy company in 2014. At the end of its first year, Paul had acquired 20 development sites to be used solely for solar farms. Once he obtained planning consent and completed the construction the whole portfolio had a combined value of £100million. Paul has since returned to his roots, founding Brundell Property and specialises in creating property investments.

Paul Van Reyk

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Paul qualified as a solicitor and for many years was managing partner in a multi disciplinary partnership where he specialised in corporate and all aspects of property development transactions. He then became actively involved as a director and shareholder in a number of private property companies carrying out numerous residential and commercial schemes. This included re-generation sites such as the Wimbledon Football Club at Plough Lane, Wimbledon and a mixed use project at Creek Road Deptford with a GDV in excess of £140,000,000. He is actively involved in the management and development of Brundell Property.

Mark Hughes

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Having originally trained as an architect, Mark worked in private practice as a project architect on a diverse range of projects from private and public housing through to hospitals and mixed-use commercial schemes. He then went on to work for a number of house-hold names in property development. During this time, he was responsible for the acquisition of sites across the UK, managing the process from site identification, planning, and land purchase through to overseeing the construction and delivery of the schemes. More recently, Mark was the Managing Director of Crosslane Residential Living where he was instrumental through a strategically led approach, in setting up the co-living business, including product design, site acquisition and securing finance. Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across multiple residential sectors to the team and will be key to delivering schemes in the future.

Jose Solanot

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Jose has worked in hospitality for most of his career starting with managing a restaurant and progressing to the hotel industry. These experiences and learnings prepared him for his latest role as the Multi-Property Director of Finance for an International hotel group. His role was to manage all aspects of finance strategies whilst maximising profits. As part of the executive team, he was responsible for coordinating and delivering monthly reports to the corporate office. His role also included annual building of budgets & business plans, as well as the control of food and beverage costs in order to deliver maximum profits.​

Fiona Davies

RESEARCH DIRECTOR

Having previously worked as an English and History teacher, Fiona has worked alongside Paul Brundell for the past twenty years. Fiona went back to university to study a masters degree in town planning and has worked for Brundell Property Group and Kosy Living from the outset. She is responsible for the land acquisition side of the company and completes the due diligence on all parcels of land for the company.

Denizhan Olmez

3D VISUALISER

Denizhan has over 20 years’ experience and a strong passion for architecture and visualisation. A skilled professional with a degree in Architecture, Denizhan has managed a creative studio and produced work for architects, interior designers, property developers and real estate agencies for planning, design development and marketing purposes. Denizhan focuses on the 3D modelling, architectural visualisation, and concept design of our developments, delivering high quality CGI and animations to bring our buildings to life.

Eve Thomson

HEAD OF MARKETING

Eve is responsible for all our marketing and PR activities and is instrumental in the development, launch, promotion, and residential lettings of our properties. After obtaining a BA (Hons) Business and Marketing Degree in Glasgow, Eve worked at a university for two years in a marketing and advertising role before moving into the commercial property industry where she has been since 2016. Eve has built brands from scratch and led on various high-impact marketing and PR campaigns from planning stages through to operational. She has brought her wealth of knowledge and experience in operations, sales, marketing, PR and communications to the team.

Filip Zerjavic

ARCHITECTURE

Filip is a chartered architect in the UK and EU, secretary of RIBA for Southeast London, and CEO of Sustainable Design Solutions. He has spent most of his career creating a variety of residential, commercial, hospitality, educational and mixed-use projects from the initial design stage right through to completion both on his own and as a part of a team. Filip is a dynamic and ambitious architect with a proven track record of architectural projects in the UK and abroad.
