Brundell Property has created ‘Pear Tree Care’ and has joined forces with an investment fund to deliver over 500 beds over the next three years in the South East.

Typically each care home comprises between 60 and 70 bedrooms, of which we have secured over 300 beds to date. Each care home has been sourced off market and we are currently working through the planning process. Brundell Property will be responsible for the construction and delivering of a turn key solution to each project.
