Paul has been involved in the UK property industry for 24 years. Paul built up a vast portfolio of student accommodation, initially starting off from his first student loan. He successfully moved into the residential sector, sourcing off-market opportunities and carrying them through to fruition.
Another influence in Paul’s career was the appointment he had whereby he created a development team that unearthed 20 individual sites for the purpose of solar farms. He obtained planning consent for each with a combined value of £100million in just under 12 months.
Paul has since returned to his roots, founded Brundell Property and specialises in sourcing off-market opportunities in residential, student accommodation and PRS sectors.
