Student Accommodation

Brundell Property has joined forces with an investment fund to deliver over 4,000 beds over the next four years.

Primarily we are focussing our attention in London, Guildford, Brighton, Bristol, Bath, Oxford and Reading. Typically each Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) will be a minimum of 250+ beds in size.

In 2020 alone we secured 500 beds. Each development site has been sourced off market and we are currently working through the planning process. Brundell Property will be responsible for the construction and delivering of a turn key solution to each project.
